What a visit looks like
I show up on the day I said, work the yard front to back, and haul off what I cut. Shrubs get shaped rather than sheared into cubes. Gravel gets raked back where it belongs. Anything that needs your attention — a dying plant, a broken emitter, a wall crack — I tell you about instead of working around it.

Bush and shrub trimming
Shaped rather than sheared into cubes. Sage, oleander, texas ranger, lantana, whatever you've got.
Blowing drives and walkways
Driveway, sidewalk, entry, patio. Gravel raked back where it belongs.
Turf and gravel cleanup
Debris, leaf litter, and seasonal drop hauled off the same day. Nothing left piled at the curb.
Irrigation eye-check
While I'm working I look for obvious leaks, broken emitters, and wet spots and tell you what I find. Repairs and installs need a licensed contractor, and I'll point you to one.
Dog waste pickup
Add it to any visit, or book it on its own.
What it costs
One-time visits start at $40. Monthly service depends on the size of the yard and what you want done. Most estimates are done from the address without a site visit, which keeps pricing down — so every price is an estimate until I'm standing in the yard. If it's different from what I understood, you get a new number before I do any work, and you can walk away at no charge.
No contract and no minimum. Cancel any time from your account or by text. You get a notice with the amount and date before every recurring charge.
You deal with me
I'm Joe. Dryline is me, my truck, and my equipment. There's no dispatcher, no rotating crew, and no one to explain your yard to twice. If you text the number on this page, I'm the one who answers.
I carry $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate general liability coverage through Accredited Surety and Casualty Company. Happy to send the certificate if you want it on file.
Where I work
Oro Valley only, for now. Keeping the service area tight means I'm never more than a few minutes away when something needs sorting out.

- Do I need to be home?
- No. I need gate access and to know where the dogs are.
- Do you come out to quote?
- Usually not. An address is normally enough for me to put together an estimate, and skipping the visit is part of how I keep pricing reasonable. Occasionally a yard needs a quick look, and I'll tell you if yours is one. Either way, if the yard turns out different from what I understood, you get a new number before I do any work.
- What do you spray?
- General-use glyphosate and diquat, the same products sold at any garden center, plus a blue marking dye so you can see what was treated. You get a record of the product, amount, and date after each visit. Keep kids and pets off treated areas until they're dry.
- Will it kill my plants?
- It will kill anything green it touches, so tell me what you want kept and flag it if you can. I work around marked plants.
- How do I pay?
- Card on file, charged after the visit. You get a notice with the amount and date before every recurring charge.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your account or by text. No contract, no minimum, no fee.
- What if it rains?
- Monsoon season moves things around. If I reschedule, you'll hear from me.
- Are you insured?
