Then you're in.
A record of anything applied at your property. Kept permanently and available here any time.

People who've accepted an estimate and signed. From here you can schedule, send another estimate, or invite them to the portal.

Build it, send it, they sign online. Accepting the estimate is what turns a lead into a customer.
Accepted estimates waiting on a date, and everything already booked. One property per day — the database enforces it.
Record the maintenance you did, then any treatment. Order matters.
The treatment record will be rejected unless maintenance is logged for the same job first, and unless the day's total stays under 5 gallons liquid or 25 pounds dry at that address. That's A.R.S. 3-3613 enforced in the database rather than left to memory.
Visits you've finished but not billed, and every invoice sent. Paid status updates itself when Stripe tells us.
The five fields A.R.S. 3-3613(C) requires. Append-only — nothing here can be edited or deleted.
